My truHealth Patient Portal

myTruHealth is an online secure tool provided by Truman Medical Centers to our patients to help them better manage their care and improve their overall healthcare experience. myTruHealth can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year from any device (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) with an internet connection.
Provider Mobility

Provider Mobility

Provider Mobility allows physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners in either acute or ambulatory settings, to access and review their patients’ clinical data at their fingertips from any location across the continuum of care. This solution suite does not store data or personal health information on the device but instead, securely transmits health information to Cerner’s electronic health record.
Pharmacy

Pharmacy

Cerner and Truman have teamed together to streamline clinical monitoring for pharmacists. By automating previously time-consuming activities, pharmacists are now able to focus on leveraging their clinical expertise to practice at the top of their license and become credentialed as part of the medical staff.
Nursing

Nursing

"We have a highly engaged group of nursing professionals and a fantastic opportunity to deploy the technology Cerner offers. This not only benefits our nurses by putting current technology in their hands, it also benefits our patients by helping to support safe patient care with everything that we do."

Antimicrobial Stewardship Program

Antimicrobial Stewardship Program

Cerner Antimicrobial Stewardship Program (ASP) identifies potential opportunities for our pharmacists and physicians to intervene when a prescribed antibiotic is not the best clinical choice for the patient and targeted microorganism. The ASP Worklist integrates the clinical data for our pharmacist to evaluate and document interventions in a single clinical organizer. The goals for ASP are to improve prescribing practices, decrease overall antimicrobial resistance, comply with regulatory guidelines and improve patient outcomes.
Remote Patient Monitoring

Remote Patient Monitoring

Proactively targeting and engaging groups of individuals with diabetes and chronic heart failure. Tracking health conditions and vitals outside of the traditional hospital setting, program participants received remote patient monitoring kits including medical devices that are connected via WiFi to their personal electronic health records.
