Community Family Medicine Clinics

TMC Lakewood offers primary health care services at three family medicine clinics, located in Independence, Raytown and Grain Valley. These clinics are staffed by Family Practice physicians and provide comprehensive services for the entire family. Services include: Women's Health, Chronic Disease Management, Newborn and Pediatric Care, Physical Evaluations, Preventive and Wellness Care. Patients of all ages are accepted in these clinics. Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday.
