Meet the Resident

Dr. Lindsey Faulks graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Pharmacy in May 2012. Her residency project involves the implementation of a pharmacist-led program managing LDL in patients with uncontrolled diabetes in an outpatient family medicine clinic. After residency, Lindsey plans to pursue a clinical pharmacist position in a teaching hospital as well as maintain a staff pharmacist position in a retail pharmacy. In addition, she hopes to serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students in all years of their pharmacy training.
