Tomato, Corn and Black Bean Salsa

  • 1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (15 oz.) can reduced sodium black beans, drained
  • 1 ½ cups diced tomatoes
  • ¾ cup diced onion
  • 1 ½ teaspoons minced jalapeno pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Mix ingredients in a large bowl.  Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
